JOHNSON & JOHNSON WANTED TO MAKE A FILM REVOLVING AROUND THE EVERYDAY PRACTICES PEOPLE HAVE USING THIER PRODUCTS. IT WAS DECIDED TO PHOTOGRAPH THE SELECTED PRODUCTS TO PRODUCE A PHOTOGRAPHIC WALL OF THE SELECTS AND THE VARIOUS SHOTS OF THE HANDS TO BRING IN A MORE HUMAN CONNECTION. A CELEBRATION OF PEOPLE AND THE EVERYDAY
PRACTICES. THE PHOTOGRAPHY WAS EDITED AND AESTHETICALLY ARRANGED INTO STRIPS WHICH WERE THEN ANIMATED IN AFTER EFFECTS. A SOUNDTRACK WAS DESIGNED THAT CONSISTED OF LAYERS OF SOUNDS THAT ONE MIGHT HEAR OR REMEMBER THROUGHOUT THE DAY, SORT OF A PERSONAL SYMPHONY. THE FILM WAS ROLLED OUT ACROSS A THIRTY FOOT SCREEN, THREE FEET HIGH AND PLAYED IN THE JOHNSON & JOHNSON OLYMPIC HALL WITH FOUR CHANNELS OF SOUND.
